We use Litmus for testing all our CRM emails, it helps us to identify all the specs that we need to improve in order to have functional emails with correct links, first impressions, tracking, etc.
We also use it to check how all emails are displayed in the main different email clients.

- Spam testing is a great feature that helped the Marketing team building the emails.
- Links and Tracking features really helped us to identify all of what was wrong with our email campaigns.
- First Impressions feature helps to identify all those common issues writing emails like words that should not be used within the subject line, to review if your reply-to is correct or not and also allows you to check your subject line and preview text in many email clients.
- It takes some time to load each email.
- It's not that easy move from one email to another one.
- We saved lot of time validating emails in different email clients.
- We have a deeper visibility into performance metrics.
- Litmus helped us to reach out to more candidates who never received our emails in their inboxes.
Most of our clients and candidates use different email clients and we used to have a lot of complaints about how email were displayed on their "computers" (email clients), so being able to verify our emails before sending them out into different email clients, validating they were 100% functional helped us to decrease those complaints and with that more clients and candidates started to open and interact with our emails.
