Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
I primarily use Litmus for the "Previews & QA" feature. I work on a very small team, and we don't have the bandwidth to test across a bunch of clients etc. so the simulation/preview feature is super helpful. I also rely on "Previews & QA" to gut check other elements, like our links, alt text, image size, and spam flags. Occasionally, I'll tag emails for analytics as well, but again we're a small team moving quickly so we don't typically have the bandwidth to dive so deep into our analytics. The only reason I don't rate Litmus higher is that I know I'm not using it to its fullest, so I don't quite get our money's worth (mostly an "us" problem, but if there was more variation in plans or an a la carte option, we could pay just for what we need/use). That said, I also love the content that Litmus puts out!
- Experts in the field
- User friendly tools
- Fun, engaging brand
- Expensive
- Previews/simulations don't always accurately reflect real life
- Can be overwhelming
- Some documentation on how the tools work isn't 1000% clear
- Definitely time saved testing emails!
- Also money saved/ROI by avoiding mistakes
I can't say I really use this integration to its fullest to answer this, but that's mostly an "us" problem. We're just not at a scale to necessitate it.
None (I'd used Litmus as a previous organization and felt it was a worthwhile trusted brand, so with limited resources to research & evaluate other tools, jumped on the Litmus bandwagon)
