Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Litmus is currently used to test view EDM communications that is sent out by our company.
This is very important as we need to ensure that our EDM's suit each email provider that our customers use.
Litmus also integrates into Salesforce Marketing Cloud which is what we use to generate our EDM's allowing for us to view the appearance of our emails without leaving SFMC.

The integration of Litmus into Salesforce Marketing Cloud means that I do not need to change tabs in order to see the view of different email providers when building my emails. This improves speed of development, however when leaving the view in Litmus it doesn't like returning to the default SFMC preview.
I don't think it has shaped the marketing strategy. We have always been mobile first. This just assists in that.
Litmus is used as a step in an existing Quality Assurance process that has been implemented within the business. The feature of being able to share the previews and QA tab allows us to use the link to provide views to other stakeholders and as an asset to be approved.
