Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
I mainly use it for testing emails, especially emails with new designs, etc. For new designs, we usually use Bee editor, then paste the code into our email platform (BBIS), then test the email through Litmus to check functionality across different email platforms. We send a few hundred emails out to our constituents each year.
- Checking previews on email platforms and mobile.
- Confirming if links function correctly.
- Make sure images are appearing as they should.
- Certain previews don't function, there are always some that don't work at the time needed.
- I still need to test the emails within our native platform to make sure merge fields and CVTs pull correctly.
For me, having the previews has the biggest impact on my email testing through Litmus.
I haven't used the metrics from Litmus yet, because we generally have what we need from our email platform.
No, we have not implemented that yet, but it's a great idea.
I've never used any other products before.
