Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Litmus addresses the quirkiness of email coding. As a developer, I am able to make certain designs work in code and test them through Litmus to ensure the end product is great for the final user.
- -Email preview testing (I wouldn't feel comfortable without being able to test my emails in one spot in multiple email clients)
- -Excited to try out the new personalization options as well as countdown timers (I'm really looking forward to these new features. They seem very intuitive and simple to implement into our current emails)
- -Tracking data from specific emails (The information Litmus has provided as far as dark mode and email client usage is really going to help focus our marketing efforts in a specific direction to reach the greatest number of users.)
- -Litmus Live is fantastic!
- -The builder function is great as it allows me to test new lines of code in real-time, but there seem to be a few bugs with The builder. When my team has used it in The past, we have become more frustrated with it.
- -I wonder if it would be possible to adjust The tracking to be specific but also general. At this point, I have had to create individual tracking codes per each individual Email I want to send. When we are sending out a large number each week, this can be cumbersome. So, I wonder if there would be a way to have a generic tracking code that could go in each Email but be specific once we upload The file into Litmus.
- -On tracking, can we get averages for a group of emails instead of just all the emails?
- Litmus allows me to feel confident that each email I code will look great on any device.
- It has also saved the department time as we have not needed to manually test every email we send out.
Campaign Enterprise is what we use, but it has not been integrated into Litmus. We primarily use Litmus for email testing.
It is helping us understand where to focus our attention and efforts in the development of our emails.
We have not used Litmus' Proof. We currently have a different resource to complete this task.
Litmus is a lot less clunky and accurate.
