Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

The collaboration aspect but not missing on security. I also like the ability to integrate into my calendar invites with gmail. The zero learning curve was also a big factor in my rating. Whether you're an expert or a novice with the software, it feels intuitive right away and there's always more to learn which makes it interesting as well.
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for modeling complex ideas and looking at the impacts of changes made on another software that we are building for clients. We use this for two parts, onboarding new people onto projects and providing training for clients after the project to show the dataflow within their models.

Specifically with Google, I like the ability to connect to my calendar invites so I can drop the link in automatically without having to do any extra work and people who join my meetings can easily find the working document for us to discuss. This has definitely led to increase preparation for our discussions.
Seeing where others are editing at the same time feels like we're all using the same piece of paper. It's a nice feeling to be able to do this without sharing screens sometimes and we can all work very cohesively.
Their support is pretty standard but overall they leave a lot for the owners of the workspace to configure on their own with limited requirements from support which is also helpful. Also the amount of training available is a direct connection to their support and proactivity versus waiting for you to call to have the answer you might need.

I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite more than both of those for the ease of use and collaboration. Miro is similar with collaboration but didn't find as easy to use and Visio is similar to use but a bit harder to collaborate with.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very smooth for explaining how our other processes work and breaking down the logical flow of complex ideas when we work with our clients. Other programs can work smooth as well but Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite seems to be the best blend of usability and collaboration to help us in our day to day.
