Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I give it a 10 because I went in without training and was able to put together floor plans easily.
Currently, it is being used to complete routes of egress for each of our medical clinics for safety relating to patient care.
  • User friendly. I did not have to take any training to be able to put together floor plans.
  • The color and picture options are great.
  • Ability to catch the eye of those you are presenting to with the professional documents made in Lucidchart.
  • Helpful Lucidchart staff if you have any questions.
  • User Friendly.
  • Easy to complete a project quickly.
  • The colors and pictures make it fun to use.
Due to the ease of the system, we are able to complete projects quickly and move on to other tasks that we have to work on.
I had to contact someone about finding a picture and they were friendly and helpful.

Much more user friendly and had many more options to choose from.
Lucidchart is a great tool to use to put together floor plans and routes of egress. I used to do my in Excel and it was much more difficult and did not have near as many useful tools as Lucidchart has.
