Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

In short, I didn't even need a tutorial. It was that easy.
It's not really being used that much, but I am trying to make it more popular within our organization. I found it very useful at making it easier to present ideas and implementation concepts for all kinds of systems. Also, I used it as a live prototyping tool in meetings and calls.
  • Very clear graphics
  • It's quite versatile and doesn't limit the design of your charts too much
  • Doesn't have a steep learning curve
  • Snapping is sometimes limiting when creating a chart.
  • The mouse controls could be a little bit better.
  • Some keyboard shortcut live tips would be nice.
  • Improved communication
  • Improved productivity
  • Facilitated passing on know-hows
It didn't have much impact as it is not something organizationally adopted.
Fortunately, I didn't need support for it.

Yes

I found it very useful in prototyping and presenting different concepts for systems as well as live editing when discussing the concepts. Another possible good use would be presenting different pipelines within the organization. I don't think it would be useful for whiteboard stuff, or presenting hierarchical structures.
