Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We use Lucidchart for domain mapping exercises so that the organization can better understand the business context of everything we build. It's really nice to be able to map the domain, then work with engineering to brainstorm the implementation and add all of those details to the map. We also have started using it for mapping database tables and object relationships.
- Real time collaboration
- Easy to start new docs
- Easy to create links between objects to show relationships
- The sharing function could use some work, I haven't found a way to share with a group yet.
- Improved performance, understanding, and communication
We haven't really set integrations.
