Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It’s all self-explanatory. The objects you can use for your flowchart are described and connecting them with different line styles give you an understanding that you are able to diversify/distinguish within the same flowchart between main and subprocesses. I think therefore the ease is one of the USPs.
It is used across departments to visualize processes and to make understanding of certain rigid business processes easy to understand for all kind of target groups including coworkers, customers and partners. There is not a significant problem that we address but by the use we understand and visualize our processes which helps understanding together, which means that more eyes have visibility, understanding and may contribute to eliminating possible bottlenecks and making the process more efficient.

I cannot make too much of a comment here as I am not aware who works with Lucidchart integration in our organization as we are a global organization. Therefore, I’d rather keep it on a lower level - in our department we use it to describe and visualize our processes to understand our customers and to make our customers understand us.
I haven’t had the chance to request support yet as in earlier questions I had already eluded to the ease of use of Lucidchart. To at least give a rating I think an 8 is a fair note which reflects my overall thought and rating for Lucidchart.

I haven’t used any other product than Lucidchart.
Lucidchart has helped me to thoroughly think through the processes we have in place and visualize them to gain a deeper understanding of the whole process. I think the best aspect of Lucidchart is its ease of use and the predefined/designed objects that help flowcharting your business processes. Overall, I gave it an 8 out of 10 as there are some areas where I found some room for improvement such as the sizing of objects and text within those.
