Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is so easy to use that the first time using it, I was already able to create my first diagram. The UI is so simple that I was able to find everything that I need to complete the diagram. Also, when sharing with a colleague, who is also a first-time user, he was able to edit and update my work quickly.
In Professional Services, we use Lucidchart to outline and explain the customer processes and workflows in their planning department. We also use this to capture vital information as to how their account is implemented and configured with our system. This enables everyone in our organization to have a high-level overview of how to address customer issues as well as provide future expansion possibilities.
  • Quickly draw flow diagrams.
  • Easily add images and link them to separate tabs.
  • Ability to add text as notes.
  • Maybe a desktop app will be nice instead of using a browser.
  • Time saving
  • Better organization.
  • Improve productivity.
We currently don't integrate with any other application and so far, and have been happy using Lucidchart as a stand-alone application. Perhaps in the future, if we find the need to use it with another applications, we can look into possibly integrating it.

UI is much easier and better. Creating my first diagram required no fiddling around unlike draw.io, where I had to look up how to do certain things.
Jira Software, Google Drive, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
During customer account implementation calls, while note-taking, there are instances where capturing steps, processes, and workflow is vital. Prior to using Lucidchart, I have had to do this using pen and paper. But now with Lucidchart doing this becomes a breeze as I can easily drag and drop shapes, lines, and insert text to capture the required information.
