Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is used by our company across many parts of the organization. It helps with diagramming organizational charts, understanding swim lanes, helping use cases become more clear, and showing business flow processes throughout the company. Some of the biggest business problems that it addresses reside in the need for a clear and visual way for information to be presented.
- Clear and concise interface.
- Easy to use.
- Templates that are relevant to today's business conversations.
- Integrations can be clunky at times.
- It could be easier to get the arrow line to go where you want it to go.
- Would be nice to upload a branding template.
- Saves significant time because the templates are easy to apply and use.
- Adds a proficiency dimension to my skill set.
- Gives a creative look to presentations.
We have already used it with Atlassian and Google. We are always looking for easy integration possibilities without necessarily adding an additional workload or "one more site" that we have to check regularly. So having Lucidchart available at our fingertips with built-in integrations really helps us make sure that our employees have the tools they need to get their jobs done.
Do you think Lucidchart delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Lucidchart's feature set?
Yes
Did Lucidchart live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Lucidchart go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Lucidchart again?
Yes
The biggest plus for Lucidchart lies in its templates and easy-to-use functions within those templates. It would certainly be nice to be able to add a dimension of Microsoft Excel data integration as easy as Amazon QuickSight does but I actually see these two platforms in two different lights.
