We use it in human resource consulting to map out current state and future state processes for organizations. We are currently using it for a time clock challenge we're having on fixing the process.

I currently don’t use these functions with other programs.
It works very well, and I use it to help discover different types of process maps. It gives a good visual to my client as we're working piece by piece during a meeting.
