An overview on how Lumapps is supporting a collaborative environment for our company

From the content administration perspective, we can list a few topics for improvement. It's hard to update multiple contents (there's little support for bulk actions), the metadata manipulation is limited, content creation at some points can be complex and require a certain level of training (ideally it wouldn't require low or almost any training).

The integration with Google Workspaces is seamless, with special mention to the Google Cloud Search, which allows us to integrate with other applications across the company and centralize the search on a single place via LumApps.

LumApps is an amazing tool to support internal communications in an effective way. The community feature that Lumapps offers is also great to foster social interaction and collaboration, especially during times when physical offices are becoming much less important for most companies. Also, the integration with Google Workspaces makes the experience much more fluid for our employees and the Google Cloud Search experience brings considerable value. On the admin side, we appreciate the permission control that allows us to set up different levels of access, making it easier to avoid mistakes, like people editing someone else's content accidentally. On the other hand, we can see room for improvements on the content creation experience, especially when considering knowledge base content where collaboration is key. We see LumApps efforts in this direction, but we still miss some level of simplicity on the experience as a whole.
