Overall Satisfaction with Luminate
We use it in our web department and it is accessed by our customer service department and other management. It handles donations and email communications.

- Pagebuilder and story builder should be responsive.
- The back end should be mobile optimized.
- Need better ecommerce functionality.
I can't remember the name of the other vendor we considered but it was another major player at the time (9 years ago). I think one of the reasons we chose LO was because of the way the pricing was structured. We also considered doing a piecemeal solution but based on the amount of growth we expected, having everything in one package seemed the best way to go. In hindsight, I believe it was the right decision.
