We are able to see whos been accessing resources, how much they're being utilized. Cleaning up our environment has always been an issue. What's in use? what's not. This has helped expedite the process.

From install to use, the steps are a breeze. We didn't run into any hiccups and any issues I had were essentially answered quickly with support.
If I had to do it again, I would install, use, implement sooner rather than later. The visibility it brought into our environment has been so helpful. The price point was much lower than the other alternatives we were looking at.

No. Usually the issues/questions are on a smaller scale, so they can wait until the next business day to be resolved. Or the issues pop up during business hours.
We were looking to integrate with AZURE and it wasn't working properly. Support followed up each time and consistently made sure it was running properly. This was until I was comfortable with closing the ticket.
