This product is used to monitor anything to do with AD
We rely on the alerts of new and disabled users as verification of our automation system.
We use the feature of Auditing selected key servers to find out when permissions change and by who.

Yes and email alerts helped us
When rouge admins make non approve changes we are alerted of what was changed and who made the changes. So its easy to revert and changes made
We have only used the logon reports, we have had no use cases for this
As we have been using this product for years this has helped us on the high risk changes
