Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine OpManager
We use ManageEngine OpManager to monitor nearly every device in our environment, including wireless access points, network switches, virtual servers, physical servers, Linux servers, windows servers, and everything in between. Across these devices, we monitor many things. We like having the ability to monitor CPU usage, RAM usage, storage across multiple drives, storage in specific directories, ping, windows services, and uptime. Some business problems the product addresses are device availability and storage alerts. It's crucial we know as soon as possible when a device is down and ManageEngine OpManager's custom alerting and notification system is great for letting the correct people know a problem exists within minutes of it happening. As for storage, ManageEngine OpManager allows us to configure alerts in a very precise way so that we know when things are starting to fill up and when things need more urgent attention.

- The search bar sometimes breaks and doesn't show results properly

- ManageEngine OpManager has helped prevent many systems halts by notifying us ahead of time when storage on specific devices was getting low.
- So long as the correct devices are being monitored, ManageEngine OpManager gives you a good window to look at when trying to determine what devices are connected to a problem.
