Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We are particularly using Marketo to address our demand funnel that includes the number of activities with scoring attribution. Overall performance of Marketo is satisfactory with a great UI that anybody can understand if interested and has the zeal to work in the Marketing Ops domain.

with MSI, it is good to sync the information in SFDC that sales can always use.
When it comes to UI, it is one the best tools that anybody can understand and use. However, if you are technical and try to go in-depth then you could find yourself in no-mans land. In my experience with Marketo Support, I have found them to adjust the things in the backend and came back to me as if there was not even an issue with the instance.
