Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Currently Marketo is being used by my Organization to nurture the prospect leads for our products and services. Also, we are using supporting our clients with Marketo and building automated workflows for them. Honestly, Marketo came across like a gem for our company and we are generating good ROI with it.
  • Marketing Activities is one of the key strengths of Marketo. Here you have a big playground to showcase your ideas and creativity with strategy building programs for your leads.
  • Marketo APIs, are one of the other strengths which allows Marketo to be connected with multiple tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Analytics, Marketo provides a wide range of reports for our Marketing initiatives which helps us to fetch an accurate reporting.
  • Database, I believe that Marketo can do more with Database.
  • Design Studio, should have Interactive UI so that people with basic HTML knowledge also can build email templates

Every organization have a goal to increase ROI and generate efficient leads, same is with our Organization. Marketo is well versed with its features and helps to convert prospects into leads. Marketo Lead Management/ Marketing Activities, helps you to build out program and campaigns based on our requirements. Like Default program for operational Lead Scoring and Event program for Webinars. Marketo plays pretty good with all its features.
Marketo is an all in one tool. All features at one place. We selected Marketo for its wide range of API which helps to connect to most of the services using REST/SOAP APIs.
No doubt Marketo is one of the leading and best Marketing Automation tool which helps to generate good ROI. With Marketo, you can work with your leads and build out campaigns to nurture them. Marketo is very good but there should be more scope of Design Studio in Marketo where a basic HTML knowledge person should be able to create emails.
