Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is primarily being used by the Marketing department. We are using it extensively for our email campaigns, webinar registrations, database management, and website forms to gate our resources.
  • Sending out marketing emails to a large audience - The pre-built templates are great and Marketo manages the deliverability rates quite well.
  • Maintaining and segmenting a huge database - It is very easy to filter audiences, take[s] bulk actions on the database to slice and dice it as per one's purpose.
  • Setting up and managing lead gen forms - It is great for setting up forms on our website that help capture lead[s] information.
  • It could provide more flexibility to edit the pre-built templates without having to edit the HTML code.
  • The form designs/button designs are also limited. [Customization] option for these would be really helpful.

Marketo really helps us increase our reach and more importantly divide our database into segments and be able to target each segment with the most apt messaging. Our goal is almost always to increase sales, which Marketo helps a great deal in.
I have not used other products to the same extent as Marketo.
