Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use Marketo to deploy our national and local emails when they are going to sender lists over 100 people so that way we can manage our opt-outs and preference centers.
- Marketo has an excellent drag and drop system.
- Their database is very clean and easy to manage.
- They have their own analytics tool 250ok that you can use to test out your emails prior to sending.
- Would be nice to be able to have drag and drop when it comes to folder structures.
- Would be great to be able to workflow systems built out like other marketing automation clients like HubSpot and Pardot.

I work at a non-profit so we are not using Marketo for the traditional sales experience. We use Marketo to information [the] constituent of our events, advocacy efforts, cultivation, and fundraising messaging. Marketo allows us to control our messaging to our constituents in a carefully cultivated way.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub, Pardot and Epsilon PeopleCloud (Agility Harmony)
Marketo has the best drag and drop of any of ESP that I have used before which is huge when you are creating over 200 emails a month a lot of which need to have custom templates. This was a big reason [...] why we selected Marketo.
