Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We used Marketo across the whole organization. We managed our company leads and separated the promotion activities by department. Marketo helped in providing insights into our mail marketing and also scoring leads. We are also developing an engagement program to nurture leads that would help us discover more qualified leads over time.

We wanted to find new leads as well as nurture current leads to upsell.
For this we combine the program and use automation that helped to ease our burden of checking whether the lead is qualified or not, we would just tweak the conditions every month based on the reports given. We could focus more on creating content to engage leads rather than doing mundane manual tasks of marketing promotions. we would simply copy and use templates to simplify tasks
