Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We use it for email marketing and campaign attribution. It is used primarily by marketing, but also sales.
  • Scalability for content marketing.
  • Nurturing campaigns.
  • Salesforce sync.
  • User interface is very clunky and ugly.
  • Simplicity in usability.
  • Upsell
  • Cross-Sell
  • Lead Management
  • Prospecting / New Business
We try to upsell prospects into new organizations and other foundational marketing practices. Adobe Marketo Engage is very reliable at creating segments that support these goals.
It's very scalable, but I find the launch point integrations lacking compared to HubSpot. Overall, I'd say that it's a more powerful system than HubSpot in a lot of ways, but it lacks the simple, reliable features in HubSpot that make it so user-friendly. Very much a PC vs. Mac duality.

Do you think Adobe Marketo Engage delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Adobe Marketo Engage's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Marketo Engage live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Marketo Engage go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Marketo Engage again?

Yes

Adobe Marketo Engage is good for businesses that have extensive marketing programs and need to be able to replicate programs quickly and efficiently. It's not well suited for small to medium-size businesses which don't have a sophisticated marketing team or are just starting out to build their systems.
