Its quite easy to learn Matillion and start implementing the use cases. we were able to implement medium level business use cases within 1 week with all complex logic and standard practices. The data were loaded in first run only with no errors and the time taken to load the data was also less.
When compared with other technologies , Matillion was cost effective , more scalable and flexible in terms of complexity and components. The licensing cost of Matillion was also less and the flexibility with components helps in implementing complex business logics. The training cost of Matillion is also less and we can start with implementation in Matillion quite quickly.
