Microsoft Powerpoint is used across the organization at my company. We are a leading business in Bangladesh in tourism and leisure. We need to prepare ppt templates for onboarding the customers as well as our employees and tour hosts. In addition to this, preparing the project planning and management is extremely good in Powerpoint and it's very vibrant and easy to understand. We normally prepare promotional & project related documents through using this application.
- It's global and accepted very well by everyone.
- Infographics design and word arts feature.
- Visualization of data is very vibrant.
- Animation feature.
- Offline access to prepare the ppt.
- Easy to understand and user-friendly interface.
- Existing layout designs need to improved or new designs can be incorporated.
- More design ideas can be incorporated.
- Infographics can be built in helping the users.
- Vibrant presentation mode.
- Comment adding option which helps in during the presentation mode.
- Pointer option while presenting.
- Video playing option and smartwords.
- Design ideas.
- Risk mitigated as we could easily onboard the travelers on the safety issues during traveling with visuals.
- Employees efficiency is improved a lot as they are getting the vivid and transparent understanding of the business.

Adobe Illustrator is an excellent software but it's not easy to use for [everyone without] having any training or previous experience in working with illustrator. Microsoft Powerpoint is very easy to use and it's fantastic as it saves time more than illustrator. Another thing is it takes small space while illustrator takes a significant amount of space in the business machine.
