Overall Satisfaction with MIP Fund Accounting

MIP is our main accounting software to generate financial statements. It is used by finance, but no program or payroll usage yet.
  • Report customization.
  • Data upload.
  • Data download.
  • Fund tracking.
  • Bank reconciliation screen does not show total of credits and debits for the month.
  • If previous months are not locked in bank reconciliation, my locking doesn't always work.
  • Bank reconciliation suspense allows to bypass real reconciliation.
  • The price is right and compares to market.
  • We are able to meet governmental contract reporting requirements.
  • We are using the on-premise solution and not the online platform.

The Abila Community Board works. I liked to be able to chat online with MIP rep once I had an urgent issue. The software is easy to use. The reports are reliable.

Very robust data base allows proper fund accounting. Reports can be customized to easily see data. Journal entry shortcuts are effective.
