Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it in our department for visualizing ideas and concepts: Mind Maps, Wireframes, and free form information visualizations. Also, design sprints are conducted in Miro. And for this, we use the collaboration functions of the dashboards.
- Mind Maps.
- Wireframes.
- Free form visualisations.
- Online collaboration.
- Add more product related templates: kano pane, products comparison diagrams, etc.
- Add more software architecture templates: UML.
- The structuring of projects is sometimes frustrating.
- Deep-links sometimes do not work and lead to the web app.
- I can't connect business metrics with Miro usage.
We only use the collaboration features for design sprints, so I can't elaborate on the impact of the new project. But for the design sprints, it is quite good. We are able to achieve the goals of such activities.
