Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used to connecting 3 departments that would otherwise be sending many emails back and forth. It allows production files between fashion design, merchandising, and graphic design departments to communicate seamlessly and efficiently. The change in the workflow has been remarked on by all team members. Being able to use a "master file" that is editable by the group will change our future workflow, especially with the pivot to working from home.
- Sharing one master file using a link.
- Live editing with images, notes, shapes.
- Connecting large groups.
- Faster loading on image heavy files.
- Being helpful to view a multipage document page by page, outside of presentation mode.
- Increased productivity by smoothing out workflow.
- Reduced back and forth email questions, easy to post comments inside Miro and update within.
All teams were working from home last year, and this was a huge part of making multiple departments work together seamlessly.
