Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's available to all users but is not the preferred tool in Nike. In order to use Miro, we need to request a license taken out of our T&E, whereas if we went with the preferred option, there is no T&E hit.
  • Idea Boarding.
  • Agile Sprint Retros.
  • Process Designs.
  • None immediately pop out.
  • It's improved remote collaboration.
None in particular, pretty straightforward to use.
I haven't actually really integrated it into other solutions, it's easy enough to pick up and start running with though.
Yea I think that's it... It's allowed collaboration to be pretty seamless in an entirely remote world.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think Miro's UX is a lot friendlier. I find work in Lucidchart tends to be pretty clunky, and difficult to accomplish. There just seems to be a lot more snags when working with Lucidchart.
Sprint Retros, and quick prototype solution design come to mind where it's best suited.
