Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used across our branch and within my department. It is mostly used as a collaborative tool across the branch and within my dept we also use it for brainstorming and planning sessions.

Pros and Cons

easy for multiple users to use and share at the same time
easy to learn and use

I would like to be able to "select" a section to format at the same time

Return on Investment

has made planning for staff expansion much easier

Ease of Integration

I was not involved but did not hear of any issues

Collaboration

My dept all work from home so the only way to collaborate and meet is virtually. Miro has helped because users can log in and provide updates and ideas on their own time.

Alternatives Considered

I have not compared this to other platforms

Well suited for planning, brainstorming and collaboration and where a "visual" is required, similar to using a white board with sticky notes. May not be suitable for lengthy text or "word" type documents.
