Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use the flowchart template in Miro to help me visualize a process and to mindmap.
  • User friendly
  • Lot's of great user tutorials
  • Lot's of options to customize the board to however you want
  • Sometimes the connection lines within a flow chart don't perfectly connect the way I want them to.
  • Help me to see visually see how long our process is and where the flaws are
I was a little apprehensive after I created my Miro account and had a hard time actually starting a project. I was confused and overwhelmed with the many options they had and wasn't sure about how best to use them. However, I received an invite to a tutorial webinar the day after I created my account that I immediately signed up for. This was a game-changer! Not only that, but I also discovered the many tutorial videos and templates. These made me very excited and gave me the confidence to effectively use Miro for my needs.

I have not used this feature.

I love using Miro because I am a very visual person. Before Miro, I was either drawing things on paper or making flow charts in Powerpoint or Word (which were extremely limited). Miro has endless possibilities and so many templates to use!
