How to use Miro in your organization for better collaboration

Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used for presentation purposes and in developing new collections when needing many users collaboration in one place. It solves an issue of having multiple board for the different design department and all I placed in one large board.
  • Provide shared space for multiple department to work on
  • Limit access , view and edit options
  • Includes templates for faster/ consistent presentation
  • We use large images files and Miro sometime slows down making it difficult to work in
  • Miro speed works differently across the chrome, explore and in app
  • Large resolution images take time to load, and even after loading – disappear
  • improved productivity
  • increased adoption rate as more information is being visible
  • Improves communication and data sharing
100% Miro had increased the ability to collaborate,
while working remote. After covid we didn’t have any tool to share information
in large scale as Miro so this had a tremendous impact on our organization.

It is great space to collaborate and brainstorm, I use it
for design purposes and to share ideas with the cross functional department,
the sticky note is a GREAT tool that help us add information while presenting
and go back to it later.

I wish I could use the align tool INSIDE a table.
