Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • monday.com saves a huge amount of time by expediting our workflow processes.
  • We use the rating system to help rate our outside providers in order to make the best decisions possible about how to use our resources.
  • We also use the system to help make sure we have all information and actions in place as we schedule and prepare for events.
I am a part of an education service center in Texas and our department uses monday.com to help with our communication and workflow. It has been such a big help that we mentioned how we are using the application during our internal audit and now other departments are beginning to use it, too. We have only used it since September of this year and it has already made a HUGE difference in productivity.
  • Ease of Use - once you know the basics, it's easy to get started.
  • Customer Support - the onboarding process is great!
  • Addition of New Features and Functionality - there is always something new and they offer emails, videos, and webinars to help communicate the changes.
  • Sometimes it takes a bit to spin up, but usually a refresh will expedite the process.
  • At first all the emails and notifications can be overwhelming (until you change them).
  • Sometimes it is difficult to get the email automations to do exactly what you want them to.
The integrations and automations are AWESOME! I think that has helped our workflow process the most, allowing for immediate communication among various employees in different parts of our building. It's nice not having to rely just on email. We use the integration with Google Docs to help us develop our product. It's so nice to be able to update once and have it reflected in both pieces of software. Total game changer!
Customer support is wonderful - from the help documents that are linked to the frequent emails, to update webinars, to the onboarding process. They very kindly answer your questions and help with any processes that you may be having difficulty with.
At times it takes a bit to open up (and that could have to do with the internet in our building), but once it's open I've had no trouble getting things done. We've been using the application since September and I've don't recall having trouble with functionality.

monday.com is fabulous in workflow scenarios where multiple people need to communicate and coordinate. There are so many different features and columns that the application will help you do just about anything that you need. It will even link to documents that you've already been using to help organize yourself and make them better!
