Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com for a variety of departments and processes. It holds our scheduling system, tracking for sales, project management, HR planning, and many other departments. We use it to communicate across all departments and to track design changes throughout the manufacturing process. monday.com played a huge role in our teams being able to work successfully remotely as the COVID pandemic hit.

Pros and Cons

We love the intuitive interface and the flexibility to create systems for what we need.
The communication systems are easy to use, and all documented.
monday.com's change-tracking system is excellent.

There is a heavy learning curve when you first start, due to all the customization.
We'd like to be able to attach pictures to pulses.

Usability

monday.com is incredibly usable and flexible. The only reason I gave a 9/10 is because the flexibility can be overwhelming at first - there is definitely a learning curve to get the hang of all the features and be able to build what you want.

Support Rating

FANTASTIC customer service. Incredibly responsive and helpful. Always get back to us almost immediately to help on any issues we may have.

Reliability & Availability

monday.com has been incredibly reliable for our use. We've only had 1 or 2 instances where there have been "glitches" in the software and their customer service team has resolved them within a few hours.

monday.com is incredibly well suited to custom work - the flexibility and intuitive interface are great for handling a wide variety of projects and process needs. The website is easy to introduce people to, including our clients, and provides an excellent forum for tracking communication and design changes. Our only issue is integration with our other systems, but monday.com is continually improving their site so I expect this will become less of an issue.
