Monday.com is used across the whole organization. It serves as a place to house tasks & documents that go with those tasks. It allows us to keep track of workflows for many different clients in an organized way.

  • Boards can get lost if you have multiple
  • Sub-items do not show up in My Week
I gave a rating of 9 because, in our case, we manage multiple clients who have multiple boards each. It's easy for boards to get lost in the mix, but it is also easy to find them using the search feature. Automations, statuses, templates, and integrations are all incredibly easy to use.
Monday.com support is excellent!

Monday.com is well suited in scenarios where there are multiple workflows to manage. It's also well suited in scenarios where there are creation, internal review, and publishing processes because the automations make it easy to pass between colleagues with status updates. Monday.com may be less appropriate in scenarios where you may need to send work to a client for review because it does not allow for a 'client view'. It's best for internal company uses.
