We use Monday.com for communication, clarity, and it has been so helpful! The templates they offer are a great starting point and the training available is extremely helpful. Being able to assign people and notify them with task updates have been extremely useful to remove unnecessary communication through email or text. Using the timelines have also been helpful to see how everything will look from 30,000 ft!

Although it can be difficult to see everything going on as a restive director it has been helpful to be able to see updates on projects and not have to connect with the person assigned.
