Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • We've been able to decrease the amount of email exchanges.
  • Tracking our progress on Monday has enabled our bosses to check in remotely and see what's going on.
  • Monday emails reminds the team members to complete assigned tasks which helps with productivity.
We use Monday to keep track of photo shoots as well as video shoots. It Is primarily used by our Marketing and Artist Relations teams. Our use of Monday for the past year and a half has addressed the problem of shoot organization and production. Prior to using this application, we often lost track of which pieces of content had been produced and where certain projects were in terms of progress.
  • I love that Monday has workspaces that allow us to plainly see what we're up to as a team.
  • Calendar view is very helpful.
  • Easy tagging of other team members.
  • I would like to see dashboards have color coding.
  • I'd prefer a collapsed inbox view by default.
  • More options for calendar views.
As much as I find Monday to be useful and a fantastic tool for our team to manage the various projects we have happening, sometimes the layout confuses my eyes a bit. I would like to be able to personalize the layout so I can just see the options that are useful for me.
I haven't actually reached out for customer support yet but other team members have and the feedback has been mostly positive. Quick replies and eagerness to help us understand what the platform is able to provide for us.
Monday has been a really useful tool for our team. We use the program to manage various projects we have happening at the same time. There are a lot of moving pieces with what we have going on as a team and the only way we'd be able to stay on top of It Is by using this Intuitive program. I particularly like that each team member can make instant changes that reflect on the desktop and mobile application. Therefore we never have to question whether we have the most up to date info or not. I recommend this for teams that have projects with a lot of moving parts.

Monday is well suited for teams that have consistent projects going on with a lot of moving parts. It's really effective for those of us working remotely from different parts of the globe. We use it to manage social media content which often moves quickly. You can update the status of various shoots and provide details and even tag the team members responsible for each task.
