Our entire organization uses Monday and we can't imagine how we did business without it. We use it to track everything from inventory to leads, to client follow ups and scheduling. I love that the entire platform can be customized to fit my needs and the automations simplify so many processes that used to take hours manually. Every column can be customized and I can use a separate board to track things separately from other teammates and yet still tag them for feedback or input. The entire platform is intuitive. Another feature I absolutely love is the dashboards. I am able to see my information in calendar form (great for visual learners/users) and easily see my projections and daily/weekly/monthly to-do's with ease. I have recommended this software to so many colleagues.

  • I wish you could tab over while in a row instead of having to click the mouse. That slows down my workflow.
  • Some features aren't intuitive like how to access Archived files.
  • I would love to be able to sync with other email addresses other than the one I use to sign in.
I love that there are so many options for templates and ways to set up your boards the way you like them, however there is such a thing as information overload! At times I have been looking for a specific integration or automation and it hasn't come up in my search results so I had to look through each one until I found one that I could repurpose. I've also had to watch the help videos to figure out how to create one myself. All of the options are a great feature, but an easier way to get to what you want without being bombarded with options would be helpful. Hick's Law at work!
I have not had to contact customer service because our company owner handles any inquires or problems with Monday.
Overall monday.com is a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a customizable CRM platform that does so much more. It has always been reliable and even for the little quirks that bug me (not being able to tab over is a real headache) it has saved me more time than I can count. I can look at my information in a variety of ways and see things in one place vs. having multiple documents or spreadsheets and comparing separately.

If you have a lot of information to manage, dates to coordinate or customers to follow up with, Monday makes it very easy to stay organized and manage your workflows seamlessly. The ease with which you can add columns or ways to organize your information that works best for your industry is top notch. You're not stuck only doing things one way. You are in complete control of your information.
