Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- It has saved us a lot of time because we used to lose order printed on paper now everything is in one place and we can access it from anywhere.
- Working from home it has made it easy to keep the whole team in the loop.
We use Monday across our whole organization, we use a different board for each department and it has helped tremendously to avoid wasting paper, keep all files needed for the orders in one place and to better communication with employees and customers.
- I really like the automations available in Monday. These help make repeated tasks a lot faster and consistent.
- Another think I like is the integrations, we have an integration that send a text to the customer when hi/her order is ready so we don't have to spend time calling them.
- Monday is awesome to keep track of the whole process of the orders from beginning to completion along with the files attached and the activity history. It is the best way to answer questions when the customer calls asking about the status of an order.
- I think it would be nice if we could have some integrations with email that does not have to be Microsoft 365 or Google so we could use it with our POP account.
- When we have questions I would like to have a way to chat with support by phone.
Monday.com has been a game-changer for us. We used to print all the orders and put them in plastic pouches, some times the orders would get lost in the way and then we needed to look for the emails for the files to create the order now everything is in one place and there is a record of who made what change so there is no wondering who deleted something or who change an status.
