Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For our organization, monday.com is being used as a collaborative project management system. It is replacing Excel in some instances, and provides greater insight into our data. Currently is is being used in the Finance department. It allows us to easily see progress on projects. Overall, collaborative features are unique and useful.

Usability

I think monday.com is fairly easy to use. I found myself needing to look at multiple tutorials to fully understand the different functions each board could have. Still needed to utilize the different functions in ways that I couldn't fully understand, but overall, the tutorials do provide a great amount of content into understanding the platform.

Reliability & Availability

Features work great as designed. Our team decided to start using the platform for its collaborative capabilities and we have not been disappointed in the slightest. It's saved time and allowed remote work to become much smoother. Overall, great platform and would highly recommend to any team needing these specific features.

Monday.com is well suited for a multiple person team working towards a shared goal. The system provides great features for seeing progress, and different action items within certain projects. One thing It could improve upon is more functionality for task management, I found myself looking at different tools for this.
