Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com across the whole organization. We track all of our goals and projects on this software. The data is then used to evaluate employee productivity and success. Our administrators us it to track progress, and provide accountability for the directors of each department and to give input on projects.

Pros and Cons

Helps us to collaborate on projects, assign tasks to group members, etc.
It is easy layout goals, measures, and track progress.
It provides a quick overview of progress on projects and goals for administration.

I would like to be able to have more sub levels on projects.
I have not been able to figure out how to set up weekly repeating tasks which would help my administrator see weekly work flow.

Usability

Excellent tool, but I have had some difficulty finding the automations I need. What would be most helpful to me would be a way to set up weekly repeating tasks and then check completion of those tasks so that administration can see weekly work flow. They are able to track progress on specific projects well, but not the daily workflow.

Support Rating

I have been able to do most of what I wanted in monday.com without using their support services. I have co-workers that have used the support services and have not heard any complaints. But I personally have not had to use them. I have either figured it out myself, or had a co-worker that could help.

Reliability & Availability

I have had no problem with features working as designed. Everything seems to have worked as it should in my experience so far. I have never lost any work time because of problems with the app. There was a little bit of a learning curve learning to use monday.com in the first place, but I found the tutorials helpful and was able to feel competent fairly quickly.

This app is helpful to groups that need to collaborate on projects. It allows group to map a project, set dates for completion of the different parts of the project, assign group members to different parts of the project, track progress on the project, and communicate with other group members.
