We use monday.com across the whole organization. We track all of our goals and projects on this software. The data is then used to evaluate employee productivity and success. Our administrators us it to track progress, and provide accountability for the directors of each department and to give input on projects.
- Helps us to collaborate on projects, assign tasks to group members, etc.
- It is easy layout goals, measures, and track progress.
- It provides a quick overview of progress on projects and goals for administration.
- I would like to be able to have more sub levels on projects.
- I have not been able to figure out how to set up weekly repeating tasks which would help my administrator see weekly work flow.
I have had no problem with features working as designed. Everything seems to have worked as it should in my experience so far. I have never lost any work time because of problems with the app. There was a little bit of a learning curve learning to use monday.com in the first place, but I found the tutorials helpful and was able to feel competent fairly quickly.
