- monday.com has saved us so much time when it comes to tracking project progress. No more guessing games and trying to track down that info. We can see the most up to date progress in real time.
We currently used monday.com across our Field Marketing department. Our team is always juggling multiple events of different scale and monday.com allows us to see in one view everything that is going on. We can see what is going one, who is the lead on that event, what has been completed so far and what more needs to be done. It has been a game changer for our team.
- Slack integrations - we own a lot of swag requests. We have a form that links to a board where responses are recorded. We have a Slack integration that will alert the team when an order comes in so that we can fulfill it asap.
- Automations - we have several automations set up. Automations might include alerting someone when the status of a task changes.
- Archiving - we archive everything and never delete anything. This allows us to keep our boards clean, but if we needed to reference an old task or project we still can.
- You can't have different columns for different groups within the same board.
monday.com was a game changer for us. The automations and integrations make everything seamless.
