Our project managers create tasks for our designers on monday.com and we use statuses to keep track of where tasks are at and tag designers that are involved. We post design drafts in comments and will go back and forth with edits and feedback until the final draft is posted and approved. monday.com helps us have transparency throughout the company by allowing everyone to see what tasks are at hand and their statuses. We use monday.com as a list to go through during our weekly meetings.
- Easy to automate.
- Easy to color coordinate.
- Easy to customize columns.
- As many statuses as you want.
- Sub tasks are easy to overlook.
- Should be able to pick avatar icon color.
- Maybe have a secondary kind of task? We struggle with how to make ongoing tasks look.
- Can’t make subtasks for subtasks.
It’s always worked for us and been very reliable.
