Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time saving for client setups.
  • Increased client engagement.
  • Increased internal visibility on projects.
We use it to share instructions for implementation with clients externally and to track their implementation progress. We have a board template which we personalise for each client and the product they're implementing.
Internally we use it to track the status of all clients in the onboarding phase, track design requests with our design department, and to log pre-sales notes and work.

  • Statistics.
  • Tracking.
  • Visibility.
  • Linking in with other reporting tools (eg. Looker, Amity, Salesforce).
Everything on monday.com is very intuitive, the few times when I have needed support to setup a new board and want to add a new feature someone from the team has been very helpful in sharing tips and suggestions on what would work.
Amazing, they have always been quick to respond and to take the time to explain the different options I can take to solve the problem I'm experiencing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We have never had any issue's with the reliability and uptime of monday.com.

  • Easy for clients to use and a safe shared work space for internal & external.
  • Easy alerts.
  • Creating customised spaces for many different clients is simple and quick.
  • Hard to link in reporting functions with other tools like Salesforce which makes tracking hard for Strategy managers.
