- Efficiency- We no longer need to waste time tracking who is doing what and what the status of each task is. Everything is updated on Monday
- Cost-savings- we are able to on hours with time tracking on Mondays for things we track and bill for.
- Communication- All communication and information are available on monday.com and fewer errors and things lost in translation have occurred since using it.
Highlights the communication issues that we were dealing with. monday.com streamlines all workflow and allows visibility among team members to best maximize our work. We are working with an international client and with different time zones, different agendas. monday.com has really allowed us to keep track of each project and have it organized and visible for all levels of team members including management. At any moment someone can go onto monday.com and look to see the progress of any task or pending status. Really makes communication and the process much easier.
- Shows updates- Allows each team member to update the tracker on monday.com prior to status calls for streamlined communication and updates with internal team and clients.
- Aware of workflow- We have multiple campaigns and projects as well as markets going on simultaneously and monday.com allows us to track and record every update and progress for each
- Increase productivity-We have international markets and monday.com allows us to keep track in real-time of each agenda in each market so that we can follow up as necessary and move forward with the progress.
- Allows attachments- Would love to add pdf files and or screenshots of excel spreadsheets of emails for reference to internal team members and clients.
Ease of use allows newer team members to jump in and use monday.com, allowing for team visibility and communication.

Allows us to best communicate with team members and share progress. Right before our daily status call, we are able to update our individual monday.com profile on each task we are managing and share with the team. It allows us to be on top of everything and hold each and every team member accountable. I have already referred monday.com to another agency after hearing that they needed a management system to track all workflows better.
