I work in the communications practice at Aon. We are using it to track global corporate communications, to make more strategic decisions around what we communicate, when we communicate, to and from whom we communicate. We're also using it to see past communications.
- Very intuitive and easy to use.

- I'd like to see the ability to share calendar views with colleagues that don't have monday.com licenses. Currently the tool allows for sharing data with users outside of our firm, but there doesn't seem to be a way to share views internally.
- monday.com provides the ability to use subitems (beta) beneath entries, which is great. I know this is in beta so will continue to evolve, but I'd like to see the ability to copy columns from the main item to the subitems, and have them stay in synch. Right now, it's a manual process.
It always seems to work fine! I haven't noticed any bugs yet.
I just discovered the mobile app and think this is a wonderful option for making changes to items while on the go!
