Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Visibility to the work other teams are producing is a positive for us.
  • Provides us with a view to be more strategic about our communications planning.
I work in the communications practice at Aon. We are using it to track global corporate communications, to make more strategic decisions around what we communicate, when we communicate, to and from whom we communicate. We're also using it to see past communications.
  • Very intuitive and easy to use.

  • I'd like to see the ability to share calendar views with colleagues that don't have monday.com licenses. Currently the tool allows for sharing data with users outside of our firm, but there doesn't seem to be a way to share views internally.
  • monday.com provides the ability to use subitems (beta) beneath entries, which is great. I know this is in beta so will continue to evolve, but I'd like to see the ability to copy columns from the main item to the subitems, and have them stay in synch. Right now, it's a manual process.
monday.com is EXTREMELY intuitive and easy to use!

We're still exploring the templates, but have found them very useful so far.
I'm a bit on the fence with this one. While setting up the tool to work within our organization, we requested individual support time, and there seemed to be a lot of push back, then we were finally given a 15-minute support session. We were very off put by this and met as a team to "speed date" with our questions.

Our rep ended up being very supportive and stayed on longer than 15 minutes with us, ensuring she got us in a good place before hanging up.

This was great customer service, and I hope to see more of that as we think through how monday.com will help our organization meet needs.
It always seems to work fine! I haven't noticed any bugs yet.

I just discovered the mobile app and think this is a wonderful option for making changes to items while on the go!

We're using it to provide an integrated calendar for our very large global communications function. monday.com seems to be more of a project management, work in progress tool, so we're bending it to suit our need.

Our company wants to see all planned communications in one view, so we can be more strategic and planful about our communications.

So far, it's fitting the bill. Our only wish is that it provides the ability to share a calendar view with colleagues who don't hold monday.com licenses. We want just read access for those folks. Only seems to be available for sharing with those outside our organization (different email address) currently.
