We use monday.com in every department in the company, from our own admin to organizing tasks by [the] client. It gives us one place to stay organized and keep tasks. Before, we just relied on email and Slack, but things would fall through the cracks. This way, we can track all tasks and their progress, as well as see what everyone is working on.

  • Easy to use
  • Customizable
  • Would like a more robust due date feature
Anyone can use monday.com I think. Never had anyone ask me how to do XYZ.
I've never had to reach out to support.
Very reliable, never has gone down.
