monday.com is the main tool of our company since it allows us in an efficient and orderly way to have real-time contact with our clients in each project. Likewise, all the internal processes of the company are unified in the same channel, so that each employee has 24/7 access to all the information generated and assigned tasks. Something that has undoubtedly given our company a plus, have been the automations and integrations with different platforms, which help us to have the entire workflow in one place, without having to deal with several tools.

It integrates with ease to all platforms in a fast and intuitive way, allowing saving money on external platforms and agility in the visualization of data and reports, and if the integration does not exist it can be anchored with Zapier to create workflows that one needs.
We have not yet had the need to resort to customer service, but I know that when it is required, the response will be optimal and timely.
monday.com is tools that we like a lot for its versatility and effectiveness, as software tools it is the best option that I know so far with multiple benefits for a small, medium and large company.

To be honest, there have been more positive scenarios in which monday.com has been of great help to my company's processes.

It has been adapted to all tasks, from management and ecommerce management, to the simplest tasks to be executed. As scenarios where the use of the platform has been weaker, is in specific tasks such as: Posting of publications on social networks, a chat to have a much more direct and faster communication, a notes section somewhat similar to Evernote or Notion.
